Born in Bailly (Yvelines) on February 19, 1853, died in Paris on August 21, 1914. Silver medal at the 1889 Universal Exhibition, Grand Prix at the 1900 Exhibition, numerous public commissions for sculptures, numerous medals and national decorations (Moroccan campaign, colonial medal, commemorative medal for the 1870 war, etc.).
