Round 58 mm - 84 grams - on the edge: 1970, year of minting, bronze and horn hallmark. In its original Monnaie de Paris case - SUP ( * ) Michel DEBRE : born in Paris on January 15, 1992, died in Montlouis sur Loire on August 2, 1996. Great Resistance fighter and Gaullist, first Prime Minister of the 5th Republic, French deputy for Reunion Island, Senator for Indre & Loire, many times minister, mayor of Amboise (1966 to 1989). He also drafted the constitution of the 5th Republic.
