SILVER - FRANCE - 50 francs type HYBRIDE 1974, obverse of 20 francs (G 882 a) Note: In 1973, the minting of a twenty-franc coin was planned. Given the rise in the price of silver, this project was modified in favor of a 50-franc coin with a modified design. However, a few copies of the reverse of the 20-franc coin were issued (with a wider base for the herculean pedestal).
