FRANCE, 1st G. M 1919. REMARKABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. - CONGRES de la PAIX au Château de Saint Germain en Laye, treaty against Austria defeated by Germany, signed on December 10, which returns the latter to possession of its German-speaking parts only, i.e. Alto Adige allocated to Italy and numerous territories allocated to its surrounding neighbors.
- Postal stationery with 15c green-gray lined sower-type stamp 112 x 147 mm with address ( Yvert 130 E 3 ), plus six additional stamps, six good 1917 stamps with war surcharges - n° 156 large "infirmière" + 5 stamps from the first "série des orphelins de la guerre": numbers 148 + 149 +150 +151 + 152 - Yvert value of the detached stamps alone, not including the net added value of the cancellations: 365 euros.
- OBLITERATIONS: each stamp cancelled with the stamp of the special post office available to congress participants: "St Germain en Laye Congrès de la Paix 2 juin 1919" + small-format linear stamp of the same office (9 x 25 mm) + large-format stamp (10 x 51 mm).
